Veneers
A refined front, made to measure
Veneers are thin facings bonded to the visible surface of a tooth, used to change its shape, close small gaps or improve its colour.

About the treatment
Considered design, tooth by tooth
A veneer covers the front of a tooth. It can close a small gap, even out a chipped or worn edge, mask a shade that will not respond to whitening, or make a slightly out-of-line tooth appear straighter.
Design comes first. We look at your teeth as a set — proportion, edge line, how much shows when you smile — and agree the result before any preparation begins. Where teeth are significantly misaligned, orthodontics is often the better and more conservative answer, and we will say so.
- Shape, shade and alignment addressed together
- Design agreed before any tooth is prepared
- Honest advice when orthodontics would serve you better
- Shade matched to the teeth around them
Your options
Choosing what suits you
Veneers are made in different materials, each suiting different situations.
Porcelain veneers
Made in a laboratory and bonded in place. Porcelain resists staining well and reflects light much like natural enamel.
Composite veneers
Built up directly on the tooth in a single visit, and repairable in place. Usually the more economical option.
