How do I book an appointment at Aurum Dental Clinic?

Who are the doctors at Aurum Dental Clinic?
Dr. Pooja Shah is an M.D.S Endodontist specialising in root canal treatment (registration A-17892). Dr. Manan Shah is an M.D.S Orthodontist and Gold Medalist specialising in braces and clear aligners (registration A-14053).
Can I choose which doctor I see?
Yes. When you book online you can request Dr. Pooja Shah or Dr. Manan Shah, or select "No preference" and we will match you with whichever clinician is available at your chosen time.
Do you treat children?
Yes — we have a dedicated Pedodontics speciality for children, covering check-ups, fluoride applications, pulpectomy and crowns for baby teeth. Early orthodontic assessment also lets developing bite issues be spotted while they are still simple to manage.
What happens at a first consultation?
Your first visit includes a thorough examination, any necessary X-rays and a conversation about your concerns and goals. We explain what we find in plain language and, if treatment is needed, give you a clear plan and an honest estimate before anything begins.
What treatments do you offer?

Do I need a referral to visit?
No — you can book directly with us for general, orthodontic and endodontic care. A referral is only needed for certain specialist procedures, and we will tell you if that ever applies to your treatment.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we warmly welcome new patients of all ages. Your first appointment includes a full examination and plenty of time to discuss anything on your mind, so you leave feeling informed.
Where is the clinic?
We are at 204, Vihav Supremus 2, Nr New Court, Beside RK Plaza, Diwalipura, Vadodara-390007. The Contact page has a map and a directions link.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Just a list of any medications you take. If you have recent dental records, X-rays or reports from another clinic, they are helpful to bring along but not essential.
How long does an appointment take?
It depends on the treatment. A consultation or check-up is usually around 30 minutes, while a root canal, braces fitting or crown preparation is booked for an hour, and re-root canal or implant surgery for longer. The exact length is shown when you choose your treatment during booking.
Do you help nervous or anxious patients?
Yes — many patients feel anxious about dental treatment, and our calm, unhurried approach is designed to put you at ease at every step. Tell us your concerns when you arrive and we will take extra care to keep you comfortable.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment online?
Yes. Your confirmation email contains a secure "Manage Booking" link where you can view, reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself, without calling. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change a time.
